If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. They nickel and dime worse than I have ever seen. What happened to customer service And trying to make a good experience for the customer?

Front desk employees are great! Always helpful. However the manager made a big fuss about manual entry of cards for shipments… after having done it dozens of times already. No problem! We’ll take all of our business shipments to FedEx from now on.

My experience at the UPS Store today feels like a microcosm of everything that’s broken in our society. Instead of honest business practices that both enrich the customer experience and allow a business to reasonably make money, many UPS Stores—especially the authorized resellers—have embraced a model that feels deliberately exploitative. I went in to complete four Amazon returns. All four items were already boxed; all they needed was a few strips of tape to seal them. That’s when I was told I had a choice: • Pay $5 per box for the employee to tape them shut using the roll of tape already behind the counter, or • Pay $8 to buy my own roll of tape and do it myself. Why is this the world we live in? Why do we tolerate this? They know you won’t want to leave, buy tape elsewhere, come back, and go through the entire process again—so the system is designed to corner you into paying whatever they demand. I acknowledge that I could have walked out, but realistically, for packages of this size, I had no other practical option for returning them. And they know that. At the corporate level, UPS has built a system where customers regularly walk away frustrated, resentful, and wishing they never had to interact with the company again. UPS has clearly calculated that, because so many returns flow through Amazon and customers have limited alternatives, they can afford to treat people this way. At the authorized reseller level, I understand the need to monetize services. But this level of nickel-and-diming—charging $20 just to place a few strips of tape on boxes—is not just excessive. It’s disrespectful. It feels predatory. And honestly, it’s beneath the dignity of the people who work there. They should not have to enforce policies that make customers feel exploited and angry.

10/10, would def ship with them again! Dominick helped me, from the moment I walked in the door to walking out, he took care of everything and I was in shambles. He was patient, kind, and efficient. Easiest package sent. Much better than usps. Worth it.
