- JJJohnna JohnsonNov 1, 20255.0Nick in the Reistertown Rd location in Maryland went above and beyond to make sure that I had the programs for my mother-in-law's funeral on time. I came in thinking that it would only take a couple of hours. When he said the next day, my heart sank. The funeral was the next morning. I did the layout on a graphics program at home. I originally wanted 100 printed. He suggested a better paper to keep the quality of the photos and we didn't even have to fold them. Nick made it happen and told me to come back at 5. After leaving the store my family said that I should have printed more. I called the store and Nick took care of that before leaving work. If the employees at Staples are as empathic and accommodating as Nick was to my needs, I will definitely be bringing all of my printing jobs there. Thank you Nick.

My prints came out cropped and off center. I hand painted the design and made sure that the format was exactly 5 by 7 inches. I uploaded my design through the staples website. The design came out cropped and off center, this is extremely noticable. I called customer service and was assured that the design was properly uploaded this time and the second print would be centered. It was not. I suggest using another print service for your designers.
