    I went to this location on November 21st, it was a Friday evening. There was a long line of people waiting to drop orders off, so I almost turned around and left, but I don’t live close to this staples or any other, so I knew I had to wait it out. This was my first time using a 3rd party fo drop off an Amazon return, I usually go straight to UPS, but they didn’t come up as a return option. Whole Foods and Kohl’s were also options, but I don’t have one of either of those nearby either. It’s now December 12th and my return is still processing. It’s never taken 3+ weeks to return an item to Amazon. Matter of fact, anytime I’ve dropped an item off at ups to return, I get a message from Amazon immediately saying my return has been processed and my refund is on the way. Neither of those things happened. I called Amazon a few minutes ago and they confirmed that they’ve yet to receive the item I dropped off, which was Apple air pods 4. I can’t help but think someone stole my package. I felt leery about handing the associate the box unwrapped, and I watched her just place them in a large cardboard box, now I know I should’ve listened to my gut. I would rather drive further to another 3rd party location or pay to send it through UPS before I EVER drop anything off to this staples again!

    The Parking lot and this Staples Store are very dangerous / cluttered. Both, the parking lot and especially inside the store were Extremely overcrowded / disorganized. There’s very minimum space for customers/people. There’s not even room to form a line inside the store for the customers. **Expect to park about a half mile” each way. We walked a mile round-trip going to and from staples due to hazardous parking lot issues. Lines in this Staples were extremely long because only 50% of the staff/ Employees were actually working. This Staples store was overstaffed with workers. The issue was: only half of the employees had any motivation to help the customers. The rest of the employees were “churning time” and no one knew who was managing the store. If you’re shipping with UPS, I don’t recommend using this location. **It’s a lot safer to just drive a little farther and go to another UPS location. You will actually save time going to another UPS location and have a lot less of a headache because this store is a hot mess. Recommendations to help this store improve: Put a “UPS sign” in the “online pick up” store line. When a customer walks in for UPS and they see a “online pick up” sign, the customer thinks the line is for Staples online pick ups. Then, the customer waits in the wrong line for 15 minutes, get to the desk that says “UPS” and you are told “you are in the wrong line”. ***Please make a new sign that says “UPS online pick ups” Thus, future customers won’t wait in the long / wrong line and crowd up the store for extra time. I would also make the aisles wider to walk in and all the shelves higher. I understand each square inch of shelf space is very valuable. The parking lot is poorly designed and unsafe. It lacks marked crosswalks and sufficient fire lanes, and there are too many parking spaces with not enough room for vehicles to drive safely, leading to congestion and dangerous conditions.
