  I had a package with fees paid that was sitting idle, no change in delivery status. Spoke to Oscar Perez at the Pikesville DHL Express office and he was amazing! The package was delivered early the same day by yet another fantastic DHL employee, Darrell Johnson. Highly recommend the Pikesville DHL location if you want outstanding customer service.
