Customer service is not bad here, but the one associate that helped me needs to work on her attitude and not get smart with people. Do better please.

That other access point could not locate my package when I came to pick it up a because they are not UPS employees they were not very helpful. I then spoke with Lionel at this UPS stores location by phone. Lionel was extremely helpful in giving me the details of my package delivery that I could not find in the application. This transaction had nothing to do with him or his location and he still went above and beyond to help me anyway he could. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received and if I ever need to get a UPS package delivered somewhere besides my house, I will make sure it comes to this location because of the extreme service I received. I cannot thank Lionel enough!!
