- AHAsia HickmanMar 13, 20261.0The lady working here is so rude. The first time I went here to retrieve my fathers death certificate (which was ripped in half by the way) she was just so mean and uncaring and yelled at me for ringing the bell trying to get her attention because no one was at the front area. She didn’t even apologize when I told her it was my dad’s death certificate who passed away recently. My husband went up there today to retrieve his tags for his car that has been in transit in the same area for 2 weeks and he confirmed that the lady in there was extremely rude when trying to figure out the situation and basically just told him to bother Lexington park post office with his issues. I understand there’s only one person working in there and but that is no excuse for her horrible attitude and the way she treats people. She acts like her job isn’t to help people coming in and if she doesn’t want to do her job then maybe this post office should be shut down because she’s just going to wave you off and tell you to go to the other post office anyway. The most horrible service we have ever received from a post office.

We tried to get a passport photo done for our child, and the woman told my wife to come in on Tuesday at 1300. Then, my wife gets there and she’s told to come back at 1400. Then, she couldn’t do it because “she was alone”. We call to reschedule and all of a sudden they’re not “equipped” to take passport photos. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location and this RUDE lady.
