  I had such an amazing experience at UPS, all thanks to Dominic and Calee. I came in with a huge business shipment, multiple returns, and what felt like an endless pile of boxes to sort through and dispose of—and they handled everything with so much ease and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, they were patient, organized, and genuinely kind. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming situation turned into such a smooth and peaceful experience. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. Dominic and Calee truly went above and beyond. Their customer service is unmatched, and they made a lasting impression. If you’re going to this UPS location, I highly recommend asking for them—you’ll be in the best hands!
