USPS service is terrible when trying to get in touch with someone to ask a question. You can’t get through at all. I haven't received any mail in almost two weeks. They changed the mailbox without telling us and after picking up the he keys to the new box, we still haven’t received any mail.

Post office was too lazy to deliver a package down my long driveway & left it sitting out by the main road on Rt177 for anyone to take. Normally delivered to my house.

Wow, just wow. Lady behind the counter had a real chip on her shoulder. She was clearly not happy to be at work and wanted everyone to know it with her tone. I went in with a perfectly good box with the intention of shipping it priority mail. Before I could even ask for tape, I was chastised, "that box is going to need tape and you'll need to purchase a label!" I asked for the priority tape, and she shoved the tape dispenser on the counter harshly like it was an inconvenience to slide the tape toward me. I taped up the box myself. Then she told me to go to a table to find the label. I went to the table, there were no labels. I told her and she told me to scratch out everything on the box and re-write the address...which seemed unnecessary but I did it. Then another customer came and I thankfully got another clerk. The new clerk looked at the box like it was utterly unacceptable and asked me if there were no labels at the table. I told her no. She gave me a label from behind the counter, I re-wrote the address yet a third time and put it on the box. Then, as I'm about to pay, the system kept having issues and hanging up. The original clerk told clerk I was with to go back and to not let me pay until I acknowledged there was nothing fragile in the box because, "you can't trust nobody and you don't want to be liable." So, finally I got to acknowledge that, paid, and wished them both a Happy New Year. The clerk who completed my purchase said it back, but the original clerk rolled her eyes with a huff. Honestly, I'll drive farther to a different post office next time. Not worth this kind of interaction.

Utterly disappointed. I visited this post office today to ship out an item for an eBay order. eBay gave me a Ground Advantage shipping label. I attached this label to a Priority Mail Express envelope to which the staff got an attitude with me and told me I couldn’t ship it like that. I completely understand the issue however there was absolutely NO reason for them to treat me so disrespectfully. I now have a bunch of extra envelopes with no way to use them. Very disappointing.
