Another family member had put a note on the door with special instructions for where to leave the package (in the garage). The tracking information said the package was delivered, but I didn't see the package in my mailbox or on my step. I called on Christmas Eve not expecting much, but the Parsonsburg post office was awesome. The lady I spoke with was very friendly, and she called me back within 10 minutes to let me know that the mail carrier had followed the special instructions that I didn't know about. The fact that the mail carrier could remember something about a package delivered days ago is quite impressive! Thank you Parsonsburg post office for saving Christmas! :)
