- BABree AsconApr 24, 20261.0I’d give them zero stars because of how rude they were! My husband went to pick up a package for me from someone who shipped it to the usps. I was only given the tracking number so I didn’t know it had gotten shipped with the address of the usps, I thought it was just a regular hold but still had my address. Anyways they were extremely rude to him, saying how he should’ve know that it had their address not ours, and also when he was giving them the tracking number they kept interrupting him and saying he was giving them the wrong numbers, my husband is dyslexic so it’s already hard for him but they were very nasty and disgusting. They kept telling him that wasn’t a usps tracking number because it didn’t start with the number 9, even though it literally was. I was on the phone during this whole interaction so I heard everything. This location is amassed with all these horrible reviews, why even bother coming here if you’re just going to get yelled at. That disgusting attitude is not it!!

The pink slip said to pick up on 04-11-2026 at the post office. I went there and this lady said that the mailman has it. The mailman didn't bring it. I'm home all the time, but he said "No authorized recipient available" meaninig he didn't bother to get to the door. WHRE IS MY MAIL?

It’s now Tuesday, February 17th 2026 and still no package. This was an order over $100 with paid shipping to get it here before Valentine’s Day. When I called and asked about my package I was told “be patient it will get to you.” Over a week and nothing. I wish I had the option to not have this be my carrier service. I would pay extra for ups or fedex at this point.
