How this place has almost two stars is beyond me. Been waiting for a package that was supposed to get here Monday, February 9th 2026. It’s now Tuesday, February 17th 2026 and still no package. This was an order over $100 with paid shipping to get it here before Valentine’s Day. When I called and asked about my package I was told “be patient it will get to you.” Over a week and nothing. I wish I had the option to not have this be my carrier service. I would pay extra for ups or fedex at this point.

This is the worst post office, with a bad attitude. I used it every door direct mail I found that the block I chose, including my own home and neighbors, did not receive the company's menu. I spent a lot of money at this post office, but they deceived me

ZERO stars more fitting. #1. Their sign outside facility says CLOSED daily 1:30 -2:30 when in fact the automated message when you call them (because there's never a human available) says they're closed 1-2 pm daily. WHICH IS IT because today tuesday Jan 20 2026..one day after MLK Day....I waited for 30 minutes, until 2:45..out in lobby, along with twenty other furious people ‼️😡 we banged on the gray door leading to sorting room..no answer. Nobody acknowledged us. nobody came out, it was as if the place was closed/empty 😡 #2. Why am I receiving my neighbor's credit card bills? Where are my credit cards bills going? Why do I keep getting my neighbors mail? This is the worst postal station in the entire world. AVOID IT. HORRIBLE. Fire everyone there. Rude. Incompetent. Go to Wokenfuss up the street where they have US postal service.

The person who was at the front desk on November 17th at 3:15 p.m. was very racist towards me. I am Hispanic and speak English, and she said she couldn't help me because she didn't understand me. She started speaking rudely to me and told me I had to talk to a manager because she wasn't paid to do that. She was irritated, saying that she was left alone at the front desk, that she asked for help and nobody came, and she took it out on me. I'm not going back to that location.
