- TPTimothy PerryFeb 23, 20261.0Worst post office I have been to in America. Post master should be terminated. This place is ridiculous. Probably should be shut down. Lines are always out the door and staff has no sense of urgency. Eating lollipops while serving customers is beyond me.

No one knocked on my door and there was no note left on my door. Why do I have to go in to the post office to collect my package when they never tried to deliver it in the first place. I will call as soon as they open at 9am because this is getting ridiculous.

The employees have no personality and there is no rhyme or reason as to why there’s mostly ever only ONE person working the front. I really dislike having to come in here. I vote close down USPS unless they can get their workers in line!

They're understaffed and underfunded, and working under a govt thats actively trying to delete the entire department. Be kind, be patient. Went for a passport renewal and Mrs Pat and all the other staff were very kind and professional. Helped me correct my application for submission and take a passport picture. Painless and easy.
