He had my ID, the package pick up slip and I was on the phone to make sure they knew I consent.I always get my packages sent there and if I am unable, my husband gets them with no problem from other staples Associates.However, Ashley gave my husband a hard time and saying "no"to him picking up my package. My husband had to ask for a manager. A dude came over without any problem and gave my husband my package. This was ridiculous. The last time I came, the same person told me that she hate when we come up there the same day that we get a email saying "order ready for pick up". I mean if your order is ready, aren't you going to go get it??? I think it's just the person. Never had trouble otherwise.

I am in here often and have never encountered any staff not willing to bend over backwards to help. You may encounter a wait at the copy center since it is so busy, but even there the staff is super-professional. This is uncommon today. KUDOOS to the staff and management!

She helped me a great deal while being so patience and mind you, the store was SWAMPED that day and that time. So busy, but she remained so calm and extremely helpful at the printing center. I had to print sticker labels for my cousins engagement party favors. So THANK YOU! And I hope this review gets to her! I think her name started with an “A” :(
