- DDDon DowitschOct 28, 20251.0I shipped my conference supplies to them as required by the hotel. They confirmed receipt of both packages and promised delivery to my booth. When I arrived, nothing was there. After waiting in line 45 minutes, I was told it would be another 90 minutes- and still nothing. Came back later that night, still nothing. The next morning, they claimed my boxes never arrived… until I pointed out one of them sitting in the corner! The other was “missing,” even though tracking showed both were signed for by the same employee who said they didn’t exist. I had to run my entire booth with no materials, likely costing my company thousands. They never returned my calls, showed zero urgency or empathy, and even told me to contact FedEx corporate myself. Only after hotel management stepped in did they “find” my second package, 15 minutes after the show ended. And then they had the nerve to try to charge a convenience fee to ship it back. How this company is trusted to handle deliveries for a major convention center is beyond me. Terrible service from start to finish.

- KMKris MartinAug 23, 20221.0While I understand that you now want to charge a fee to deliver to a guest room ($15 is more than any other hotel to do that), it should be on you to call the room and let them know they have a package. Had I (the sender) not called just now, the recipient would have left never knowing there was a package for them. Package delivered on Friday and I called Tuesday morning, ample time for you to provide a basic level of customer service.
