No wonder why this store has the worst reviews than the other one in owings mills and pikeville. I’ve also called this exact store a month ago and still no answer. Why have a phone number listed on the website if you’re not gona answer. This location needs better and new employees. The current employees hate working, they NEED TO BE FIRED ASAP! Management pls fix this.

And the one return he used a small bag and put a label over it ( hoping it actually gets returned. Then the one box he said needed to be taped and I needed to come back. I have been at other ups stores and they always offer to tape no problem. Not going to this one ever again.
