  Today i went to this location.Most of the time the employees are kind , but today at 6:40 pm i asked one of them if he could seal the envelope that I took because my tape was stuck. He completely ignored me.\n I had to get out the line and try to fix it myself. I work in customer service and I would never do that. To a customer, I would help them clearly.This employee needs to be trained and what customer service is

  I took 5 boxes of shoes to this location but only four were scanned in for some reason, now one box out of the five magically disappeared. The shoe tht was missing was rare not many in circulation but I saw a sale on a platform tht reflects the same shoe tht was missing. I returned to the store and requested to speak with the manager but no one had useful information. My name is Ronald, can anyone suggest further action I can take?

  I had multiple returns that became a bit of a challenge despite how "prepared" I tried to be. A line started to form and I began to get flustered and anxious. Timur, despite being the only associate available at this time, was very patient, calming and professional. He made what could've been a disastrous situation, very pleasant. You rarely come across such exceptional customer service so I wanted to make sure he received proper acknowledgement.

  I tried to use this store as a Happy Returns location for several bridesmaids dresses so that I could try on said dresses before spending a large amount of money on one from an online only retailer. I took the dresses there early, saw they were all scanned, and received the email notification that stated my return was accepted. Fast forward less than 2 days later: I check my mail for an unrelated package and to my surprise see there is also a package from the dress retailer I mentioned earlier. Odd, right? Because I returned them, and hadn’t ordered any more. For reasons which continue to escape me, the UPS Store took my return which was supposed to be postmarked for CALIFORNIA and sent it right back to me, with 0 business days left before the return deadline. I’ve wasted over an hour trying to get in touch with the retailer and use another return location since this store is also not open for the rest of the weekend. If I can help it in never using this store again.
