  Awesome customer service every visit. Staff bends over backwards to please you. The manager is energetic and friendly, and sets the tone for the staff. They are assets to the FedEx brand. Many thanks Bernee Foreman

  Great service today from Cece and Ty! I was in and out in no time. I had 2 services completed today and it was a wonderful experience. I drove an extra 6 miles to use this location instead of the location near my house because I always have a good experience at this location. Keep up the great work! Also this location is located at Foundry row not in the former shopping center with Bank of America. I noticed Google Maps street view still shows the old location and when you select Directions you'll see the new location which can get confusing.

  I had a bunch of packages, maybe around 40 or so items that needed to be labeled and shipped, I called ahead to see the best way to make it work efficiently and if they accepted a spreadsheet that I could email the store in advance to expedite the process. They did not have that capability--while not the most efficient use of their time, the front desk took down all 40 individual labels and processed them for me. I'm sure it was a pain, but they did it--thank you! I only gave them 4 out of 5 since UPS allows me to send a spreadsheet via e-mail to the store in advance to expedite label creation.

  Just left the location & was made to feel quite unwelcomed because I asked about getting there before Christmas (2days 12/22)... I get chances are slight but I didn't think asking was an issue nor ask about packing... They were professional but dismissive, indifferent & intolerant. It's cool other locations exists. 12/15 update... The package arrived before Christmas. They did their job and so I must bump up the rating.
