Trying to get an address correction with this post office has been easily one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. All of a sudden, they started sending my mail to my mother’s new address, without me requesting an address change to have anything sent there. I went into the post office to inquire about it and they insisted my mother changed it. Nonetheless, I submitted an address change to my correct address and they have STILL been sending mail to my mother. They have also been marking that mail “notify sender of new address”. How is this not illegal?!?! I called to try and get things sorted out and that was a complete waste of time. And all I want to do is speak with someone to confirm what address they have on file to make sure it’s correct. I don’t understand why that is so impossible to do. Everyone in there is nice and all, but someone on the backend clearly does not know what they are doing.

Was supposed to receive a letter on the 23rd however it did not called my local post office to see what all was going on 5 times and no answer was informed by USPS customer service that it would be coming sometime this week and that just because it shows up on daily delivery does not mean it will be there that day just in the same week and yet all the other mail I have got for daily delivery has shown any other time I haven't had an issue but this needs to be fixed

I'm not sure how people deal with this -- I'm given a return label and RMA number from a company, which I brought to this USPS. I grab a bubble mailer and place my product into it, close it, and show the woman at the counter the label and barcodes on my phone. "OH! We don't Do that"... Confused, I look at her and she says, "You need to go home and print out the label and come back. We only scan the qr codes on the labels." I replied, "there's a barcode and a qr on this label." and tried to show her the label. "No We Don't do that. You can go to UPS down the street and they can print it for $4 for you. " I reply, "I don't own a printer and I'm on a fixed income. Why can't you just scan the code and print out a label like any other mail facility?". "We don't do that here!". "Fine" I said. I paused and then I reached for the package to take my product out and leave. "SIR! You need to pay for that because you closed the mailer." "Fine...", I dropped the package on the counter, while looking at my wallet to get my card. Then I get this quiet voice, which is a change from her raising her voice at me the entire time -- "please don't throw things at me." -- I looked at her and said, "I didn't." Playing the victim is not an excuse for not knowing how to speak to people and hating where you work. She had the work-ethic of a defiant child and it's no wonder people don't enjoy going to the post office. If you want a more fitting job, go work for the current president so we can continue to get nothing done.

Raquel was simply AMAZING helping me with my kids passport renewals. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very patient when I didn't have all the needed docs the first time around. I had to come back the next day and she stood by her word when she processed our applications in no time. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed. Her willingness to assist and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Why offer a service that allows for package pickup from the residents home if you’re not gonna actually pick it up. Yet I received an email saying you did.THATS VERY DISHONEST
