    It might be helpful to have a conversation with one of your representatives about an incident involving cursing at a customer. The representative was moving quickly, handling several tasks at once, and made a mistake. I never placed blame. I understand he was by himself, but he seemed flustered. Even when I tried to help, he said, “You’re doing too much… you just couldn’t keep up.” I attempted to inform him about the packages and how he threw some into the black basket. Then he wrongly accused me of missing one, which I was certain I wasn’t, as I had counted them before leaving home and ensured they were properly packaged. He then told me to “Just get the hell out of here,” and waved me off. It’s not appropriate to blame the customer for not keeping track of the packages that the representative began and ended with. I understand that the customer isn’t always right. After leaving, I double-checked my car and house to confirm that I hadn’t made the mistake. I hope the packages arrive on time and correctly or Amazon would be charging me for not properly returning them. And from what I could see from the reviews.. that rep has many negative comments aimed at him. Seems like he hustles just doesn’t have proper and professional courtesy. Other than this situation, I’ve been in and out fairly fast; no issues.

    Store is clean and they do what they are supposed to do but they are significantly more expensive than Other UPS stores I’ve been to for the same services and if you need a piece of Tape they refuse to help and tell you it’s a five dollar tape fee.

    Multiple times I went here and the one associate who was pretty rude (the light skinned gentleman) hustled me on buying tape for packages when I asked if he could assist and tape package for me I was told he could not store policy. The last time I went there the customer in front of me who it seemed the associate knew had the same issue did not even have a proper package for the item and the associate told her he would repackage it for her and tape it. When I came up associate again told me I needed to tape package which it did not need since the box had insert tabs that locked box in place. Unacceptable service

    We have been going to the UPS store on Red Run Blvd in Owings Mills, Md for many years. In recent years with the increase of Amazon purchases & returns we’ve had more visits to this store. The 2 workers, Anthony & Jake are by far some of the best behind the counter masterminds we’ve ever observed! They have never made a mistake for us, are always fast, efficient & pleasant. It’s like watching a well oiled machine when they do their job. Kudos to them & their excellent teamwork! I hope they are well rewarded by Corporate.

    Carl and Anthony are the best employees at UPS on Dolfield Rd. The young men working there for the last year or so have been awesome. Customer service is amazing
