    I tried to use this store as a Happy Returns location for several bridesmaids dresses so that I could try on said dresses before spending a large amount of money on one from an online only retailer. I took the dresses there early, saw they were all scanned, and received the email notification that stated my return was accepted. Fast forward less than 2 days later: I check my mail for an unrelated package and to my surprise see there is also a package from the dress retailer I mentioned earlier. Odd, right? Because I returned them, and hadn’t ordered any more. For reasons which continue to escape me, the UPS Store took my return which was supposed to be postmarked for CALIFORNIA and sent it right back to me, with 0 business days left before the return deadline. I’ve wasted over an hour trying to get in touch with the retailer and use another return location since this store is also not open for the rest of the weekend. If I can help it in never using this store again.

    Kim is absolutely a GOAT!! She was the only worker in the store with a line of 10+ and growing. She was professional courteous and gave everyone exceptional customer service. She deserves a raise or a significant bonus!! She is truly a rock star!
