I come here regularly to ship out packages and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always kind and I’ve never had to wait too long even if there’s a line. Ms. Jay is always extremely friendly.

Need to complement letter carrier Chris. Got a message that my meds were delivered by USPS but it was not available in my box. Chris was on relief duty the next day. He found that it was delivered to someone in the next street. He had the courtesy to recover my meds and deliver it to my house. Exceptional customer service. Thank you.

I sent a priority envelope to my grandson for his 10 birthday in Olney MD, but he never received it. I tracked it through their 800 # and eventually found out it was delivered. After some general call backs from agents Kelly from the Olney MD office retrieved the package. Thank you Kelly so much!

I mail prepaid packages from the Post Office in Olney, Maryland. The cashiers always demand I use the priority mail bin for prepaid postage, so I do. Two of my packages were lost at this post office. The packages were never scanned, never made it out of the post office, and after submitting a claim, USPS did nothing to find it or resolve the issue. I was never contacted by the manager even though USPS affirmed they would. I now choose to stand in line to ensure that my packages are scanned and I receive a receipt due to the incompetence of the cashiers at the Olney Post Office. I will not be falling for that scam again and will continue to get a receipt for my prepaid mail.
