- RFRuth FilbertDec 20, 20251.0The line was very long, which was to be expected right before Christmas, but there was only one clerk working. I told her I wanted to send a padded envelope first class and she informed me that first class was only for letters. she charged me the lowest ground rate which was seven dollars and some cents when I went out to my car, I checked down the Internet and padded envelopes should ship first class if they are less than 13 ounces which this was so it probably should’ve cost me less than two dollars. I did not say anything at the counter because there was a huge line and I was not sure, but she definitely overcharged me and it took forever.

Chris was on relief duty the next day. He found that it was delivered to someone in the next street. He had the courtesy to recover my meds and deliver it to my house. Exceptional customer service.
