- ASAdam SummersNov 11, 20255.0I went into the store today and was overwhelmed with having to send multiple packages, not prepared with boxes or tape and needed labels. When I walked in, there was one guy running the show…and a show it was. I want to spotlight Spencer. There were three customers in front of me and two behind. Spencer had both registers rocking, bouncing back and forth between customers while computers were processing and printing. Afrer slapping labels on and handing out tracking receipts I stepped to the counter and told him my situation. He simply said, “I got you” and walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in a few minutes. Thank you for the help and if I need any shipping needs I will not hesitate to return to this store, GREATLY APPRECIATED

Talk out lack of customer support and price gouging like crazy. Especially when the roll of packing tape was right on the counter. I go here for Amazon returns and the air in the place is always so dry and gloomy. Maybe happier staff and customer support would be appreciated.

They just can't move any faster. That was the case around 4:30pm on 11/03. After a 20 minute wait, the guy in front of me with an Amazon return was turned away because his box wasn't taped shut. They wanted to charge him $5 to tape it, he didn't have his wallet, so he had to leave after all that time. I could see the look of defeat in his face and that's why I'm leaving this review. This is a small community, currently impacted by furloughs and layoffs, and this UPS Store feels it's appropriate to charge folks $5 for a single piece of tape after making them wait so long. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Much like the beautiful music he had playing in the store, he worked as if conducting a symphony! He had multiple lines going, answered the phone twice, was processing a passport and somehow greeted every single person with a calming smile. SPENCER DESERVES A RAISE!! And a hug! Way to go, buddy. Thank you for your hard work - my son and I saw you! We’re bringing you a treat from the local bakery 🩵
