  ZERO STARS. I’ve had two interactions at this UPS Store, and both times have involved in a disrespectful and consistent, aggressive behavior from one employee named Spencer. The first occurred on September 10th, to which I wrote a review. During that visit, and again today, his tone was rude and blatantly confrontational. Today, he was vacuuming when I walked in and did not properly acknowledge me. When I presented my Amazon return, he told me in a sharp rude tone to leave the item in the bag, even though Amazon instructions indicate that no bag is required. He rushed through scanning the return while the vacuum was still running, handled the package carelessly, slapped the QR code label on it, and threw it on the ground behind him before walking away to continue vacuuming. When I asked for his name and expressed concern about the way I was being treated, he mentioned that he has been there for a long time, which came across as dismissive — as if that justified the behavior or meant he could act however he wanted. This pattern has now happened both times I’ve visited. The behavior feels intentional and unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue because it cannot happen again.

  The customer service is very poor unless your women Bad attitude with condescending comments unwilling to help, stepping away to make personal calls while one is waiting at the front desk, etc. from two gentlemen working 02/11/2026 working the noon shift. Me and my friend are not willing to step back here. This ruined our mood and day

  Wow. I come to this ups store often. Today I had some amazon returns. Two heavy items which were in boxes (that I struggled to get into the store) were rejected. They needed one strip of tape across the top which I could purchase for $10. When I nicely asked how about some good customer service? “sorry, can’t help you”, was the reply. So back out the door struggling with the boxes and got a sarcastic “have a nice day”.

  I had a return box with labels but need a piece of tape on the bottom of the box, the young attendant wants to charge $5 when I ask “for a small piece of tape the attendant said, nothing is free!!! before UPS I went to return another package similar at FedEx they print my labels and tape the whole box for free!!!! It’s not the money it’s just that is absurd the price, I went back home and taped the box myself Very disappointed

  I had 4 items for Amazon’s no package return. I brought in the items with the correct QR codes. The manager said that he had to box the items up to return them to Amazon and the charge would be 12 dollars. During that time, the other clerk was taking items back with no box and even loose items. I said the email said my returns were no package returns. He insisted that he had to charge for boxing the items up even though I brought the original shipping boxes. I was rushed so I was going to use my credit card. He said “I’ll do it for 10.00 if you pay me cash.” He wasn’t going to give me a receipt but I insisted, he reluctantly issued a receipt. When I had time later in the day and contacted Amazon, they said that he should not have charged me because the return were no package returns and the fact that I brought them back in their package should not have incurred an additional charge. Amazon said that they will file a complaint against this UPS store and check if the merchant will give me an adjustment towards a replacement item. The guy might be convenient, but he is dishonest…
