  I had 4 items for Amazon’s no package return. I brought in the items with the correct QR codes. The manager said that he had to box the items up to return them to Amazon and the charge would be 12 dollars. During that time, the other clerk was taking items back with no box and even loose items. I said the email said my returns were no package returns. He insisted that he had to charge for boxing the items up even though I brought the original shipping boxes. I was rushed so I was going to use my credit card. He said “I’ll do it for 10.00 if you pay me cash.” He wasn’t going to give me a receipt but I insisted, he reluctantly issued a receipt. When I had time later in the day and contacted Amazon, they said that he should not have charged me because the return were no package returns and the fact that I brought them back in their package should not have incurred an additional charge. Amazon said that they will file a complaint against this UPS store and check if the merchant will give me an adjustment towards a replacement item. The guy might be convenient, but he is dishonest…

  I use this shop often for returns. On Jan 2, I came to do returns and it was very busy with other holiday returners. A line of 10+ people. But it moved quick thanks to the efficient and friendly service of Spencer. I observed him while in line, he managed 2 lines with kindness and speed. It made an annoying errand during the busy season more pleasant. Kudos to Spencer!

  Very poor service all around. I asked for a box for a mirror and they did not have a single box at a reasonable price. A box for $50? Are you kidding me? Its for a mirror not a signed Mickey Mantle baseball card. And to top it off, they dont even recycle boxes. How weird is that? They sell boxes but wont recycle yours? And the look on their faces? $50 as a tip wont event crack a smile on them. Please train these guys to do better, UPS Corporate.

  This is my favorite location for Amazon returns! Spencer has great customer service. There have been times when he is helping multiple customers and employees at the same time. Management team, Spencer is a huge asset to your team!!

  I went into the store today and was overwhelmed with having to send multiple packages, not prepared with boxes or tape and needed labels. When I walked in, there was one guy running the show…and a show it was. I want to spotlight Spencer. There were three customers in front of me and two behind. Spencer had both registers rocking, bouncing back and forth between customers while computers were processing and printing. Afrer slapping labels on and handing out tracking receipts I stepped to the counter and told him my situation. He simply said, “I got you” and walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in a few minutes. Thank you for the help and if I need any shipping needs I will not hesitate to return to this store, GREATLY APPRECIATED
