$4.50 I had left to my name, without hesitation from the. Very nice gentleman I saw .market it down and I walked out the store paying $4.20 (No Mary Jane Joak Intended). I AM very blessed with this store all their staff and their managers on duty. it was more Stars 🌟 can give them you could not count them. I just in there and spoke to a manager and I told him as I was getting ready to be emotional on how they blessed me more than they ever know. I Told him im going to rate this Staples in OCMD TOP on the List.

Awful experience. I drop UPS packages with pre-paid labels here all the time. After dropping this last time, I noticed on my receipt that the employee scanned one of my packages twice, and did not scan one of them. By the time I realized it and got back to the store, the package had already been picked up. It's now been two weeks and no one has any idea where my package is. Tracking has not updated on the UPS site. I called the "Office of the President" at Staples for assistance. They took time to look into this but eventually gave up and stated I need to contact the creator of the label (a retailer, to send returns back) to have them file a claim.
It's absolutely ridiculous that Staples messed this up and now can't follow up on this with UPS and/or the retailer to get it resolved. This was over $200 worth of merchandise and I am out the money until this is resolved, plus I have to take my time to figure out what happened. A huge headache due to the carelessness of the shipping desk.
BTW, I was told "we are really sorry" as "compensation" for my trouble.

I was in Ocean City over the weekend for the music festival. I needed a small personal server to be packed/shipped. I double/triple checked the Staples website to make sure the UPS counter did packing and shipping.
When I arrived, the guy at the UPS desk said, "I don't have anything behind the counter to pack that with. You'll have to go pick out your own packaging materials." After looking for a box that would fit my server, the same employee came and helped me pick a suitably sized box and told me not to worry about buying tape or any other packing material as they had plenty behind the counter.
After going to the main checkout to buy the box and packing peanuts, I was then greeted by a new employee at the UPS drop off desk who said, "No, you'll have to take that to the main UPS store and they can pack it. We don't do that here. Or, you're welcome to step over to that area and pack it yourself." When I asked for pink anti-static bubble wrap, I was then told that they didn't have any behind the counter and that I'd have to buy that also.
After making a 2nd pass through the registers, I bought a 2nd bag of shipping peanuts and a roll of pink anti-static bubble wrap and then packed the server myself before finally getting the package set to ship.
If you don't wrap up packages, don't advertise that you do. If you do wrap up packages, train your employees to do it so you're not turning customers away. Infuriating.
