Customer got a refund and I lose $180 and my product I shipped. I shouldn't have to track down my packages after I ship them. Whoever Victoria is called me from this location and when I call back I can't get through to anyone. This place is a joke.

Every time I request Sunday delivery they have someone other than my normal person running the route and she never stops. She will drive right my house and state that something was blocking the front door. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!
