Next day ( a Saturday dureing business hours) called a few times to answer. No real vm or any options just default phone message (so no indication of where you've called) to call back later then disconnectes you. Number from google.

She would not help and then told me to use my big girl words to ask for help. I’m 66 years old and have never experienced such rudeness. Not a customer friendly business.

There was a taller lady behind the counter, who was very rude to the customer in front of us who was trying to look up a tracking number. Then the same Woman acted very bothered to help my wife about the packaging of the returns. It took everything I had to not interject :(. I would avoid this place at all costs. I am leaving 1 star because zero is not an option.
