- JDJ DorseyJan 12, 20231.0The clerk at this post office is extremely rude and lacks customer service 2pm. We are new to the area and this isn’t a great reflection of Nanjemoy. The post office further up on Port Tobacco was amazing(a young gentleman). We asked for a supervisor and was advised they would say and do the same thing. Just needed help with a lost package. I wish we could switch post office:/ Update-the postmaster assisted right away, she was at another post office we went to, actually the package was at the first post office with the clerk that was unfriendly. That goes to show the extra step or lookup would have been greatly appreciated. #Kindnessmatters
