I just moved in with my mother here in Mount Savage. I've had two interactions at the post office I believe her name is Carla. Both times Carla was rude and combative. I've been told that mail cannot be delivered to my mother's address and she is forced to purchase a post office box. Since I've been here a mail truck has passed my mothers joise at least a dozen times. When asking about the situation Carla got defensive and had no information for me. I was told I would have to go to Frostburg to find out. This last interaction I found a pink slip with no information written on it in my mother's box. I went up to the counter to ask is this for me or my mother mother? In a sarcastic tone she said what does that matter ?Eventually she let me know it was for my mother. I told her that I wasn't able to sign for my mother. She became combative again and told me if I'm going to pick up my mother's mail then I need to be able to sign for her. Pretty sure I'm not allowed to sign for anyone else's certified mail
