- VWVerna WoodburyFeb 17, 20261.0My last 3 visits have been the same long lines due to only one having one clerk working that is always busy doing passport applications and taking photos. Last time I waited so long got tired and left my package without been able to get a receipt. Today after 10mins I left and headed to post office at Riverdale park where I was attended to in less than 2mins. Sad that I can’t use my neighborhood post office. I understand passport applications take time so please get another clerk to handle those. Have 2 working clerks for a busy location with passport applications.

- KKKPJan 3, 20261.0Over 7 years consistently a very rude and hostile post office location primarily because of 2 female employees with very nasty attitudes. They routinely make transactions difficult. If you do not follow the exact process that they are expecting you to follow, they will find every way possible to deny you service and make the entire experience hostile. It seems as if their intention is to not only discourage customers of having them do work beyond bare minimum, but to discourage the public from using that location at all. The manager has a much better temperment but is still complacent with and ultimately responsible for allowing the staff under her management to treat customers so badly. One employee at this location is consistently pleasant and kind, Isiaq. I wish that they would all spend a week shadowing him and realize it costs nothing to be kind.
