- KKKPJan 3, 20261.0Over 7 years consistently a very rude and hostile post office location primarily because of 2 female employees with very nasty attitudes. They routinely make transactions difficult. If you do not follow the exact process that they are expecting you to follow, they will find every way possible to deny you service and make the entire experience hostile. It seems as if their intention is to not only discourage customers of having them do work beyond bare minimum, but to discourage the public from using that location at all. The manager has a much better temperment but is still complacent with and ultimately responsible for allowing the staff under her management to treat customers so badly. One employee at this location is consistently pleasant and kind, Isiaq. I wish that they would all spend a week shadowing him and realize it costs nothing to be kind.

She balanced multiple passport appointments while also working on handling customers with mailing requests, all on her own. I appreciated how hard she was working while juggling everything on her own. She remained calm, friendly and focused even with the level of requests being handed to her. USPS is lucky to have her.
