- SMStephen Merma3 days ago1.0This one of the WORST post offices in the entire DMV area. My fiancé went to send our wedding invitation out and the lady who helped her was not professional at all. Instead of helping her choose the best option to send something so small through the mail by saying she just needs a stamp. She ended up paying over 11 to send one wedding invitation. She went back the next day to ask if she could get a refund since she was confused on the whole process. Neither that same lady nor her supervisor did anything to fix the issue. Super unprofessional and terrible customer service. I would recommend you NEVER do any business here.

I was able to call the post office directly, they picked up promptly and a post office staff member connected with the carrier for my area. Fifteen minutes later, the carrier was at my door with my package. Everyone I interacted with was was very kind. Really appreciate the quick, easy help!!

I cannot trust this carrier to put the mail in the right box, so many times he has put other peoples mail in my box. My go to post office is the Olney post office.

Even if there isn't a huge line I find that I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. I usually go to the post office by my work now since they are faster. To save even more time I've started packing my own stuff, using a food scale and tape measure, and printing my own labels. Now I just walk in to any store and drop my packages in the basket. No line, no wait, no more problems.
