She is very outgoing, friendly, and always polite, making every interaction pleasant and professional. She is reliable, hardworking, and takes great care in delivering mail and packages safely and on time. Frey is also incredibly helpful — she takes the time to answer questions, provide updates when possible, and ensure deliveries are handled with care. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine kindness make a noticeable difference in the community. We truly appreciate her dedication and excellent service.
- SMStephen MermaJan 9, 20261.0This one of the WORST post offices in the entire DMV area. My fiancé went to send our wedding invitation out and the lady who helped her was not professional at all. Instead of helping her choose the best option to send something so small through the mail by saying she just needs a stamp. She ended up paying over 11 to send one wedding invitation. She went back the next day to ask if she could get a refund since she was confused on the whole process. Neither that same lady nor her supervisor did anything to fix the issue. Super unprofessional and terrible customer service. I would recommend you NEVER do any business here.

I was able to call the post office directly, they picked up promptly and a post office staff member connected with the carrier for my area. Fifteen minutes later, the carrier was at my door with my package. Everyone I interacted with was was very kind. Really appreciate the quick, easy help!!
