- NUNiti UMay 12, 20251.0Absolutely disappointed by the misinformation provided regarding sending an important document the fastest way internationally. I’m really stuck and would hate for anyone to be in a position like mine. When asked what was the fastest and most reliable way USPS offered, I was not given any options. The corporate line on the other hand is very responsive and apologized each time I had to call several days in a row for the purpose of tracking. I give full 5 stars to them but not the one person who has made my experience the worst in my so many years of using the postal service. I really wish they were more knowledgeable with regards to International mails, so as to guide customers in the right direction and not make them feel like a burden when they ask questions or need clarifications.

I always enjoy going to this PO as it feels like I'm seeing close friends or family. They always help me with anything I need. Often times, when going to larger locations, you get the quick, hurry and rush out the door attitude. Not here. I love this place.
