I have a parcel that is 6x7" and less than an inch thick so I guess I need to take time off work to mail it????
- CRCrystal RussellJul 3, 20252.0Why is the lobby locked and not open for access to P.O. Boxes after hours? I chose this post office for a P.O. Box because it’s on my way home from work instead of driving 20 minutes past my home to the Frederick location. I work 8-5:30 mon-Friday and 8-1 on Saturdays. I literally cannot get to my mail, ever. There’s a door that locks away the counter area so that’s secure, so why can’t we get to our mail? In addition to this, I ordered and paid for the box online and when I went to pick up my keys I was told I still had to fill out a paper copy “for his records”… why? You have all my information in your system, that’s your record.

I always enjoy going to this PO as it feels like I'm seeing close friends or family. They always help me with anything I need. Often times, when going to larger locations, you get the quick, hurry and rush out the door attitude. Not here. I love this place.
- NNNicoleJun 26, 20193.0This post office could use a upgrade. It's a old 1400sq ft 1960s house converted into a postal office. With the increase in population in the area, this post office should be rebuilt to today's standards. There should be automatic doors for ppl carrying in/out large packages, and for the elderly or disabled. The lobby/check out area is super tiny, only a 3 or 4 ppl can stand in there at a time. There should be a automated self service mailing kiosk to prevent long lines. But in this office, it's so tiny, no kiosk can fit inside. I have received my neighbor's mail, but for the most part, I do get my mail consistently. I hate when the postal delivery person marks packages as delivered, but instead they deliver it the next day or a couple days later! Need new facility, but keep the staff....they are super friendly and helpful!
- JSJoe SmithMay 31, 20135.0The displays allowed me to pick my envelope quickly. The writing surfaces allowed me to address the envelop and insert the material I was sending. AND the person that helped my was friendly, knowledgeable, and talkative. The entire experience was pleasant.
