It’s supposed to be delivered in my state, Maryland, but then it’s delivered to North Carolina, and they didn’t post any updates for days. I have to call in for help, the general agent helped me to fill a report. Then the agent for this location called in for my report, but she was so rude. Didn’t let anyone talk, didn’t want to listen to my concern. Think I was lying that my package is delivered to NC. I said that’s all I saw on the tracking page. But then she’s getting impatient and mad, kept telling me how much more she knows. But when I asked so what she wanted to tell me. She hung off the phone. I didn’t say anything wrong or against, so I don’t understand why she had to be mad. Like it’s your job, work professionally please!
