- RSRob SchererJul 3, 20245.0Extremely friendly staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand! This office seems to also have a fair number of offerings outside of just mailing/shipping such as passport services, giftcards, packing supplies, etc.
- BSBilly SaccardiOct 2, 20211.0This post office regularly loses mail and when confronted give political answers that place blame on the recipient. "Just contact the person who sent it to you." Is not an acceptable response when they paid money to have said mail piece delivered. Some things cannot just, "be sent again." Try harder USPS.
- STSean TomsMay 3, 20162.0The people who work the desk inside the post office are great BUT the delivery person who delivers to South Fountaindale leaves ALOT to be desired. I get neighbors mail a good bit, I get the same address number mail of a house 1 mile away and the best one is my mailbox gets closed 50% of the time. He or she depending on the day just backhands the mailbox door and rolls on. I've watched them. They even pass back by it directly after and roll right on by. It locks! I've checked it several times everytime. Only takes a push with one finger!! Nice to come home in a torrential downpour or high winds to see your mailbox wide open. Ridiculous !! Oh and don't want to forget to mention delivery times. One day 3pm, next day 6pm, next day 5pm. Consistently bad delivery service.
