- DHDennis HerndonMar 13, 20261.0Had an appointment for Thursday 3/12 to get our passports. Waited almost 2 weeks for this appointment and are in a time crunch to get them. My wife and I arrived at the location and were immediately told that “their system was down and they can’t help us”. No apologies, no helping us figure out alternatives, no nothing. Just basically screw us and our appointment. The two women were very short with us and very rude. Will not be returning to this post office branch for any future services. If you need passports done, go anywhere else BUT here!
- SGShawna GFeb 25, 20261.00 stars if possible! Live in BQ constantly get the wrong mail delivered. Postal lady talking on the phone all the time no wonder. She also loves to block our driveway with the truck when there is plenty of parking on our street. Extra annoying because she even broke down right in front of our driveway so it was blocked while she waited for a tow truck SMH. You think she would have stopped after that, but nope! Also they lost our registration to a trailer we own so after we paid $200 for a new title we had to pay another $40 for a new one since the post office lost it. That's all for now I have to go deliver my neighbors mail to them that I keep getting!
