  Very unprofessional and the worst customer service. They were given 2 different forms with the correct address and they still entered the address label incorrectly and they do not take responsibility or reimburse. Also, the place smells like weed and they have the music so loud! I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this location. Please do not waste your time with this UPS store especially if it’s business related and you are needing to ship something next day.

  Young guy at the desk wouldn't even try to help said here take this number bye . So I ho from a ups pick up location on my lip not there I come to get some help at the ups store not a word but no I can't take this number why do you work here if I can't get help with my package

  I sent time-sensitive documents from here. The staff was very friendly and helped with packing and labeling. I would definitely come back here for any future shipping if I needed to.
