- SGShawna GFeb 25, 20261.00 stars if possible! Live in BQ constantly get the wrong mail delivered. Postal lady talking on the phone all the time no wonder. She also loves to block our driveway with the truck when there is plenty of parking on our street. Extra annoying because she even broke down right in front of our driveway so it was blocked while she waited for a tow truck SMH. You think she would have stopped after that, but nope! Also they lost our registration to a trailer we own so after we paid $200 for a new title we had to pay another $40 for a new one since the post office lost it. That's all for now I have to go deliver my neighbors mail to them that I keep getting!

- PKPhil KFeb 10, 20261.0My partner and I had scheduled an appointment for passport applications the prior week. The morning of our appointment I got a call telling me they canceled the appointment. Getting time off work is not easy. It has a lot of costs. Sure, maybe the passport clerk there had an emergency or got sick. The big problem is it exposes poor management since that office had no backup. The manager there needs to understand “cross training employees” and providing positive incentives for employees to widen their skill sets and capabilities. Problems come from the top down. Inability to staff for necessary capabilities is very telling - in a bad way. Providing passport services is a necessary capability.

Now my flag on my mailbox was up and has been for the past 3 day yet she didn't stop to get it. She is very lazy for the past 3 days we I not received any mail at all. What is going on. This mail lady is so rude and this is not the 1st,2nd or 3rd time that we have had issues with this lady. She will not step out of her truck to put any mail in the box I am not say walk away from her truck .
