The UPS Store in Middle River is the best place for professional, courteous service at a reasonable price. They offer one stop services including e-mail, printing, scanning, shipping, etc. Kudos to Darryle and his staff for their untiring efforts to please.

Always went here for the past 5 years I’ve been traveling by to make returns and shipments. Not anymore. Young employee serving me with a hood up. Condescending responses. Most employees are very un-helpful the past few times I have been in, especially with the “less understanding” customers you may see in front of you in line at a UPS Store. Find another store to go to. And maybe have your employees act more professional. As a local business owner myself - I can promise this is not a local UPS store to support anymore. And please dont leave me a generic “email me” response. Tell your employees to act like they represent the company they work for and want to do their jobs rather than “thuggin” it behind the counter with a hood up and hat on. Rather than making me tell them for you. Pathetic. Do better.

Awful customer service! The honor of the joint is the most unprofessional of them all. Also can’t do the job correctly! As simple as putting the correct label in the correct package!Dont waste you time or money. Go somewhere else!
