He did not want to assist me he did not know how to print my return label from a QR Code, he made me send him an email then he charged me for the paper and tape to pack. IRONIC, I went to Nottingham as they knew how to treat customers respectful and they know how to print a QRCode and they DID NOT CHARGE ME.
