- TTTalonNov 21, 20201.0DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE As a eBay seller and a amassed 400+ reviews over multiple platforms having shipped hundreds of packages never dealt with a USPS stealing my package. dropped off a couple of boxes a few months back and they never got scanned and they claimed they never received my package (first time I did not ask for a receipt) of course due to the packages never being scanned I could not file the insurance.

I recently had an issue that was entirely my fault regarding a forward that I didn’t realize was still in effect & when I called, the automated system sent me a link to contact customer service for assistance and I put the request in yesterday & I received a call back this morning- I was shocked especially with a worldwide pandemic & I received a call in less than 24 hours & she was able to see what I had done & fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative. I usually only do reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I was so blown away by the customer service that I decided to take the time to tell others. Thank you all very much!
