- PSPam S.Nov 30, 20251.0Awful service. I walked up to the window and the person who should've been working the counter was sitting in the back of the room. She didnt even bother to get up and come to the widow. She appeared to be talking on her phone ... not working. Another time I was there, she was painting her nails. I've talked to others and they had the same bad experience. One said she was talking loudly on her phone using bad language.

Today, being there at 9:40 am, I find the counter closed and locked. I did, as I was pulling away see someone opening the side door. Can’t do business if you’re not open. I can’t believe you have an hour closing for lunch with the short hours you’re openI Can’t do business with the post office before or after work and not at lunchtime, either. This was the last time I’ll go here. Thankfully there are alternatives. Shame.
- LHlora HoltJan 29, 20251.0Drove from PA to the post office, postal worker outside getting mail, I walk across the parking lot to the door, the postal worker said sorry we close at four and the door is automatic, nothing I can do are you kidding me it was four o'clock when I got to the door, she locked the door before 4:00. Our PO Box in PA we can access anytime so I can only get my mail here during work hours. Ridiculous

Regina took on the task gracefully and had me out of there within 30 minutes, even as I let other customers step in front of me to do their business. I was very impressed with her ability to multitask and friendliness to the customers. A great experience.
