I have also had an issue with having to run my mail down on windy days due to my mailbox not being closed properly. I am currently dealing with a delivery issue that the nail carrier marked my package as being put in the door and then admitted that it was placed in the mailbox. There is to much fraud and theft to not be able to trust a USPS worker.
