Then I had someone "man splaining" to me. Obnoxious, rude. Who ever the UPS owner is ... get your people training or give them more $ to smile, greet people and just talk respectfully.

First the said to come back with original shipping container. I did. Then they said because it's 2 items I have to spend$4 something for an ENVELOPE to return the second item. I'm on the phone with Amazon. It's a scam. They are telling me you don't need anything but the qr code for returns. Do yourself a favor and return to Staples if you can. I've never had a problem there.
