I didn’t realize that appointments were recommended and thought we might not be able to do it. Lakeisha, one of the employees here, went out of her way to help us and showed such amazing professionalism and kindness through the whole process. Appreciate having such a positive experience even during this crazy holiday season. Thank you Lakeisha!
