We moved in some family of ours with a different last name and long story short, good intentions turned into a mistake. I contacted the post office and Jennifer took my call. I was very irritated and she was very professional and courteous. I spoke with Laura as well, the post master, a few times and while she was stern, primarily due to my irritated posture, she remained calm and professional and helped me. It took some doing and we all had to do our parts, but we got a win. I appreciate you guys for owning the mistake and sticking it out to help make it right. As I said initially, we rarely have issues with our mail, but when we did, and it was a doozie, not 100% cleaned up yet. But everyone I worked with at lusby post office stepped up, owned it, and helped me fix it.
