- NENadia EstherJul 11, 20251.0My 2nd time to visit. What an experience! I’m surprised this place is still open for business 😆. All reviews are true. The workers don’t care. Not all but the ones I met this week wow. Never felt so disrespected. Left me at the counter in the middle of the transaction to attend to personal or non meaningful activities in the back. The male reps are trying to be diligent. The ladies are another level of definition of lazy and unconscious. I know they don’t have the energy to read the reviews but it needs to be posted. It’s a blessing to have work today. Respect your customers. Maybe attend some customer service and protocol classes. You really need it!!

The USPS website says they can print the form when you go to the Post Office to make effective the reservation. But when I showed the form to the person attending this Post Office, she just said I should bring it printed out. When I pointed out that the instructions said USPS could print it, she just said, "Hmm, next," and handed me back my phone with the form on the screen. They don't even greet you in this office.
