- YYYariDec 8, 20251.0I’ve never had a more frustrating experience at a post office than at this location. The facility was extremely dirty — the area meant for filling out forms and packaging items was covered in trash and discarded materials. It set the tone immediately. Customer service was even worse. The employee at the counter had headphones in and ignored me when I tried to ask a question. When I finally attempted to mail a package to my mother (an address I use frequently with no issues at other USPS locations), he claimed the system “couldn’t find it.” He only entered the city and ZIP code, refused to verify the full address, and insisted it “wasn’t in the system” instead of actually troubleshooting. It was pure laziness, not a system issue. When I asked for a refund, he didn’t return the payment to my card — he issued a money order instead, making the inconvenience even worse. The attitude, lack of effort, and unwillingness to assist were consistent throughout the entire interaction. I left and took the exact same package to the Brooklyn/Curtis Bay Post Office less than 5 min later, where the address was entered correctly on the first try with zero issues. This location needs serious attention — both in cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning.
