Each supervisor assured me that my request was escalated, tickets were submitted to the warehouse, and that the delivery would be prioritized. Despite all of this, my package is still sitting at the warehouse with no movement or communication. The lack of follow through and accountability is unacceptable, especially after being told repeatedly that the issue was escalated. If early delivery isn’t possible, customers should be told honestly instead of being given false reassurance. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
