I was on my way to the airport and 90min feom home. I had the correct label in my email and storedas .jpg on my phone. After explaining my situation they repeatedly told me there is nothing they can do and started to sniker at me. They offered Zero assistance. It's a FedEx office amd they had multiple computers. It just made no sense. I even offered to pay extra. That's when they pretended to help and I got excited... just for them to tell my I'd have to pay for a whole new shipment. Completely absurd.

This one nasty old lady (Joana) thinks she Charlene in charge, really rude, disrespectful, and bossy. She seems to have forgotten in her old age, of ever that the people on the other side of the counter pays her check. We're the customers, and that branch manager should be terminated as well, for condoning this sort of behavior. Then again, one shouldn't be surprised with a 3.5 rating, and the locals in the area.
