- BSBabii SApr 2, 20241.0update: randomly one day all of our packages just magically showed up and was delivered. here is my review from 8 months ago: Was told that our stuff was put in a locker or being held at the post office until our key was made. We have so many unrecieved packages that says delivered at the post office (in lockers etc) and our apartment mailbox that we haven't recieved . 🙄 my fiancé went to the post office and they swear that they do not have them. I have had bad experiences in the past, as you can read in my review below, but today has changed my opinion on this location. I worked with Cathleen (I believe that was her name) and am so appreciative of her help. I don't send out many packages and was unprepared with the boxes I was planning to ship out. She lent me some tape and a marker to prepare my boxes and had a calm, pleasant demeanor. She never made me feel rushed or like the nuisance I knew I was. It was grade A customer service! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The workers at this location are not at all friendly. I have dreaded the few times I've had to go into this post office because of the attitude of the workers. Now I can't even get them on the phone it says "We're unable to complete your call at this time" every time I call.

I have also received multiple opened mails and gift cards are open, but who knows where that happens along the route. The carriers are very friendly and dependable, but the general service is horrible.
