- FKFrancis KempJul 2, 20252.0always have to ASK for your packages. No sheet in the p.o box, no key for the larger locker items. Packages could be delivered for days, they act like they have no clue what's going on. They are nice and friendly, well depending who's on staff.

- CLchase leamyOct 13, 20231.0I find the staff here to be incompetent at best. a year ago they couldn't even figure out whether my address received mail (it doesn't) and argued with me that i didn't need a PObox (i did.) then they left a renewal notice in my mailbox, i called and told them i still lived there and would be in with the renewal paperwork but due to my work schedule it would take me until the next week. i was told that was fine and no action would be taken. went in today to hand in the paperwork and was told all my mail had been returned to sender including my prescription sunglasses.... (without notifying me, they have my number on the POBox form) These people are incompetent. the fact that they run a gov facility should frighten us all.
