Asked if they could reprint my label. The said they could not and gave me card w an email address. Not sure I was supposed to do with that. I would have to home Called fedex customer service and thay assisted Not sure why this location exist Here comes AI.. This location is asking customers to email labels. Which goes to the front counter and then they put label on the package. Must be technical issues

Why do people take the time to apply for these jobs, go through the entire interviewing, hiring, and training process, to absolutely SUCK at their jobs because they do not want to be there. The terrible attitudes, the condescending tones, the blatant disregard for customers literally STANDING in front of you. The biracial young man with the man-bun and injured (wrapped in goss) hand, in my opinion, SHOULD NOT be working in customer service in any capacity. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I won't be returning and would never recommend this location.
