  I was in The UPS Store today and unfortunately witnessed a customer behaving very aggressively toward the staff. What could have turned into a much worse situation was handled with incredible professionalism and composure by the team working there. Despite being yelled at and treated disrespectfully, the employees remained calm, respectful, and focused on de-escalating the situation. They never raised their voices and continued assisting other customers while managing the disruption. It was honestly impressive to watch how quickly and effectively they handled everything. Situations like that can be stressful and uncomfortable, but the team ensured the rest of us felt safe and taken care of. This experience only reinforced my trust in this location. Excellent customer service under pressure — truly above and beyond.

  I absolutely love this UPS Store at 3465 Laurel Fort Meade Road I come here all the time, and Theresa and Jay are truly amazing. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and valued. Their customer service is beyond exceptional always professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond to help with everything, whether it’s shipping, returns, packaging, or answering questions. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their business. It’s rare to find owners who are this dedicated, helpful, and consistent. Theresa and Jay make every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-tier service. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The staff member I dealt with was unnecessarily rude and dismissive during what should have been a simple interaction. There was no reason for the tone or attitude I received, especially as a paying customer. Basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and that was clearly lacking. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

  Unhelpful I came in for a straightforward notarization and was given incorrect legal information with no willingness to even verify it. Instead of explaining her own limitations or referring me to someone who handles vehicle titles regularly, she doubled down and created unnecessary confusion and stress during a time-sensitive transaction.
