The gentleman with the ponytail and mock cast on his hand is not nice, displayed the attitude of someone who did not want to be at work and was condescending and avoidant from the moment I stepped in. Even when needing assistance he was not trying to engage or help at all instead purposely doing other tasks to not assist. I don't understand why paying customers have to suffer at the hands of awful employees who act like their job and the employees coming in are an inconvenience. -5 stars / 5

Why do people take the time to apply for these jobs, go through the entire interviewing, hiring, and training process, to absolutely SUCK at their jobs because they do not want to be there. The terrible attitudes, the condescending tones, the blatant disregard for customers literally STANDING in front of you. The biracial young man with the man-bun and injured (wrapped in goss) hand, in my opinion, SHOULD NOT be working in customer service in any capacity. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I won't be returning and would never recommend this location.

- EMEric MoretJan 4, 20265.0Quick and easy - I had a product to send back to the manufacturer with an RMA. Walked in, showed them what I had, she took a couple quick measurements, grabbed a box that fit perfectly, processed the check-in/ receipt of the item, then sent me on my way. I expected to have to finish boxing it up and labeling, etc, but she just took care of it. I think it took a royal of 5 minutes max. Great service and great selection of both copy and shipping products.
