Walked in, showed them what I had, she took a couple quick measurements, grabbed a box that fit perfectly, processed the check-in/ receipt of the item, then sent me on my way. I expected to have to finish boxing it up and labeling, etc, but she just took care of it. I think it took a royal of 5 minutes max. Great service and great selection of both copy and shipping products.

The service has been consistently excellent. The employees were friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. One of my biggest customer service pet peeves is not being greeted when I enter an establishment. Every time I’ve gone into this location, I am greeted immediately (even if they’re busy and it’s just to say “hi, someone will be with you in a minute”). I really appreciate the good customer service and I appreciate that the print jobs always turn out as expected.
