I don’t know her personally or what she may be dealing with, but in a customer service role, there should be a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Even in a rapid, busy environment, she maintained her composure and communicated clearly every step of the way. Despite the pressure, she made time for everyone, and I was able to get the documents I needed laminated the same day and they were cut perfectly as well. Her expertise and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend this location and this Print & Copy Center expert without a shadow of a doubt. If you go to the Largo Staples, ask for Sharlotte with an S. Much appreciation and gratitude to you, Sharlotte!

He always goes above and beyond to assist me with all of my printing needs. The store is efficient and always welcoming. Never sending you away or telling you to come back another time. The entire printing department is always accommodating and does as much as they can. 5 stars is not enough. GOOD JOB y'all I will be back in tomorrow for another print job

- RNRegina NormanNov 13, 20251.0This is the second Staples I have visited today, in succession. I arrived about 8:25 PM, and waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes because they were busy. Which is fine because I anticipated getting this done tonight finally. The woman at the register asked her coworkers could one of them assist me, Which was awesome, however the gentleman that tried to ‘assist me’— for lack of better words said that it would not be done tonight. I don’t understand… I just needed a simple print job and I even brought my own paper. I told him I had already sent the images to the email address,what was the issue? I have a home office and small office printer. I traveled a total of 1 hour and 45 min to both stores in traffic trying to get my project done. I really don’t understand tonight though. Multiple employees, and a multitude of machines. Drove away empty.
